As for the math,
I'm assuming you are 5.5k VIT and that we are 3 days in with 7 days left, including today.
40k crystal with avg of 3.7 crystal per VIT (avoid doing boss fights that cost 2 vit) = 10811 vit needed.
10811-5500= 5311

Assuming your GF level is 6 (highest you can get without purchasing house upgrade from honor shop) =48 vit a day, (+6 per upgraded GF level up to a max of 72)
Beauty = 50 Vit a day +50 extra per 3 days (100 total since 7 days left, 150 if lucky, as in you gained your 50 extra today.)
5, 10 or 20 Vit a day from Seireitei Soul Palace (depending on what level you are, gonna assume you are 155+)
40 vit a day from seireitei restaurant.
48+50+20+40 = 158 vit a day. If you keep your VIT bar below the cap, it regenerates 144 VIT a day, so 158+144=302

302*7=2114 +100=2214

5311=2114= 3197
You would be missing 3197 VIT with above assumptions. VIP 10 can purchase VIT 12 times a day at 30 per purchase, so 30*12*7 = 2520
3197-2520 = 677

So with 7 days left, assuming VIP 10, lvl 6 gf and lvl 155+, you would be missing 677 VIT. 627 if you had your beauty game extra chances today.

Unfortunately no, you cannot buy the boxes with coupons.
5.5k vit is, maybe, doable if you are VIP with few beauty game chances saved by buying the vitality...
