It's a typical symptom of this game. I was excited to do these events, was ready to start recording for my youtube channel and then the game froze, tried to refresh but nothing. Why wait in anticipation (stacking in preparation) when that happens?

Well, it works now. You do know that there are bugs with FBI that they need to fix before it, at least trying to fix as much as they could in these busy season... You have to understand sometimes.
