Top up problem

I've topped up for 500$ and i didnt get my gold yet and the cash has been taked from my card.

ive posted on bugs report 20mins ago and there was no answer or helpful comments.

if thats possible i want my money back i dont want the gold anymore. thanks.

you have to send email to support directly, since its topping up issues they may take 5 days to respond lol, they got in touch on 10th day after initial email and that was after when i filed for a rfund.

It can take a lot of time to process 500 for both the intermediate and your bank. Next time try 5 dollars to see if it goes through first.

it would be nice if you could refrain from stabbing the wounded. its 500 bucks we are talking about, throw that reasoning of yours into the sewage please.

@hamadalmarri, do let us know if you got a r3fund or the equivalent gold after server reset. also what did the support reply back with if so?
