Her skill returns 40 fury to supporters, but I notice that sometimes she gives 60 instead. How do i make that happen all the time?

Critical Rate

Critical chance not only goes to being able to crit on your attacks, but also healing, fury regeneration and blocks (Probably more but whatever, you get the deal)

So people that regenerate fury by skills etc. (in this case, Senjumaru regenerating 40 fury to supporters) can crit on their fury regeneration; you get 60 instead sometimes with Senjumaru ^^

If you max it out you will have a higher chance of giving 60 fury, yea.
But, you cant always do it, it is always based on chance and the chance will never be 100%, it can get pretty close though :p

I'm trying to replicate what happened in the above fight. I would like to T1 senjumaru so that i can make hikifune T1 without the fury stones

just about yeah, 90% crit is the max you can get with stones alone and at that point, you don't have to depend on fury stones on your supporters, just depend on Senjumaru to T1 them, you're almost never going to do a normal fury regen with 90% crit, so it's not exactly as much as a chance thing as you'd think it is ^^

butt yeah, you'll always get 60 fury in return just about

Also with Senjumaru's evolution, you can get up to 100.2% crit rate, so 100% chance to crit with fury regeneration, so you literally won't need fury stones on other partners to make them T1 ^^

one warning tho, if you face a B Renji with his death mod, he can ruin you if Senjumaru kills him before your hiki skills
