Renji's Higa Zekkō - How many hits?

I'm having a bit of trouble counting exactly how many hits this attack has before the final big one. Since the damage per hit is the same I only need to take that number and then multiply it by the number of hits then add the final hit damage to get an exact measurement of the attack's total damage. Anyone been able to count it accurately?

Hate multi hit skills because of that, you can never know how much damage you deal.

Pretty sure it hits 6 times for the small hits. Counted it once when my computer was lagging.

Yup, I think you're right. I just did a little thing during Evil Spirits daily event today because I remembered something and told myself: "I HAVE TOOLS FOR THIS, YOU DUMB. STOP BEING A DUMB."

Uhhh... to be honest... I didn't care much for Renji at all before this game... >_>;
