Hoping she is in one of the events coming up tomorrow. can top up around 160$ as I need better Regular and fury stones among other things. Would That be enough to get her?

I don't believe she is in Anniversary Feast anymore. Her cost has gone up from 10k to 20k gold along with the rest of the Zero Division.
