Is there anyway to stop the mongues who lower their bp purposely to fight lower people in csb?

sadly it is no way to stop thos whp use only their 500k main and tansa (true story)

unless you can make it to top 15 in csb wvery season then forget about it. that function is already out dated and it's basically a play ground for the top dogs.
