Set 80 or 90?

Good people, I would like to know which set is more recommended if the 80 or 90 for all my parnerts?

how about go to reio guardian event, on 2nd page try to win ichibe 5 times in jankens then get yourself a cyclone set then turn it into Aquaria Set? But of course, you have to level up to lvl 100 to be able to open that set. Just keep what you have and aim for those ultimate sets you can get for free.

I have understood, but when do I do it? because I've been playing for 3 months and I still can not get that set out haha, so I suppose I could even spend 7 months and not do it: /

It is pretty luck based, I usually play only paper. But ichibe alone usually for me play scissors more often. I got 3 free sets from him.
