as far as i know, there are multiples platforms of this games

1.- gogames (english)
2.- Soargames (spanish)
3.- GGCorp (French)
4.- Rusian one (dont know the name)
5.- Risengames (german)
6.- china one (dont know the name either)
all of them but russia and china are merged by universal servers so all people can play together

I think there are 6 version from Russian, 20+ version from China. There are way too many.

You need to be specific and give them one bug at a time , because they will get overloaded otherwise. They have not seen such work load for how long ( 4 years and 3 months ) ?
