Server 19 reporting in, everyone was disconnected and Alliance Battle was not active upon login.

You need to refresh sometimes, its a common bug.

It wasn't a refresh, they moved the clock forward an hour effectively ending alliance battle two minutes into it. Everyone was disconnected.
