Missing Gold and Coupons

I have had hundreds of gold and coupon go missing from my account. I have emailed support multiple times about this, to no avail. I never recieved a response. I want to know what is going on!

I was going to let the missing coupons go, since they weren't something that I was paying for. However, last month, Gold, aka something that I pay for!, started going missing. I have had almost 700 Gold go missing from my account. Most of the time the gold and coupons go missing, it is between log-in sessions for me, as in, I wasn't even logged in when the gold and coupons went missing!
