Is HVI immune to void effect??

Hey guys just wanted to know if HVI is immuned to void effect or if its a bug because my SWP aizen activated his skill but HVI still attacked. Here is the battle report so guys can tell me if i missed something and this is the second time this has happened.

Chaos can stop him from generating a shield on hit if the shield is not already there. You have to get lucky.
