I went through the gift pack, been playing a few days now. Got to the 4th day and wasn't given a 5th formation slot like it says. I'm still at 4. Is this a bug or did they remove something and forget to change it?

It just gives you prestige to get you closer to the 5th formation spot, it doesn't give 5th spot instantly.
