Honestly , it kinda depends on your gear , and how much you have progress your other character's.
The safest bet would be to just change Toshiro with Yhwach , and maybe in the future if you want you can just run a 1-2-1.
But the safest way would just be Switching Toshiro , and in the future grabbing another supp to replace kirinji

to me perso,

N1 assaulter would be ur futur recruit yywatch; and as supporter hikifune

if u can manage a 1 3 1 team set is good u have a kido main so in term of stones he neeeds also wisdom more than strengh wich make  it manageable plus ur handsome toshi can be considered as a bastrd supporter since he has some crowd control and not much dmg, while ywatch will single handle most of ur team dmg imo

now changing from a 2 2 1 to a 1 3 1 team is a bit challenging since u sacrifice a gear (weapon) and u gotta invest some different refines and stones

you might also consider the next few UBP is gonna be like Shy Nemu, Nimaiya, Senjumaru, Shunko Soi Fong, Human Komamura, Bambietta, BazzB and etc.... you will see if really want Yhwach.
