It depends on if you are able to use it.
If your Muken or other useful character is able to survive the attack of the enemy while only Shunko Sui-Feng dies, then yes, it can be very useful because it is not just for one round, rather 3 rounds.

What if my Shunko Sui-Feng dies by enemy zanpakuto in first rund , will I become faster than the enemy?
who will attack next, me or him?

I am plenty sure Death Mods do not activate by Zanpakuto attack.
So no, you will not become faster and the normal order of the fight will resume as always without any changes in speed.

I got her from UBP and there is a bug. If enemy kills her before your round starts your partners become faster then Zanpakuto and Zanpakuto will attack on end of the round for some reason.
