crew advice please

I just became vip 3 and now i have Nanao Ise, I would like to know if it would be worth my time to use her now
i currently use, Orihime, Rangiku, Sado, and am Ghostblade prot lvl 48 (5th crew very soon)
so would it be worth while to level her up and use a 2 2 1 formation with renji replacing rangiku?

Use her for PvE events like Ryoka Invasion, ect

For maximum dps from what you have, use Nanao-Renji-matsumoto-Main-Sado , if thats what you have available.

As for PvP, nanao isn't that good for it.

thank you both for the advice, that's exactly what i'm doing and now i'm in the 60s in arena (not bad for a week late if i do say so myself)
