where is the october carnival?

hey shouldnt we get october carnival event already? we re almost in november but still no event

if events will be same as shinigame then there is still no october fest. it shouldnt be so hard to put some spending events. every months they put top up events on same cycle so that people can top up more but when will we have the chance to spend our golds? not only that even hueco mundo treasure and anniversary feast still have same partners hvi and shit riruka.at least they should change them this doesnt make any sense
