Any way to find my old character(s)?

Hello!

When I downloaded the client to play the game again 2ish weeks ago, I logged into my old account and could load into my Character on US595, but couldnt load into my older very first character.
Ive been desperately clicking through all the US servers to try and find it, but havent had any success. Is there any way to restore access to it?

The characters name was "Void" and it shouldve been somewhere between US44 to US148 (I last logged in like 2.5 years ago, hence why I cant precisely pinpoint it).

Hoping anyone here reads this and has had a similar experience/found a fix for the problem.

Additionally, I dont quite understand why I was able to log into my US595 character, but not into the other one. I had logged into both and a third one, that I dont care too much about finding, at more or less the same time. Why would access to one be gone, but not to the other

There is a point after which inactive accounts/characters are terminated. It is either at the point of a Server Merge, or for some other reason, but there is a certain criteria for accounts that are to be terminated. Your original account may have been terminated.
