I have seen people with exceptionally strong vanguard and the rest of the partners/main can easily be killed. But the tank stays with high block + defensive, the offensive is pretty decent too. So are there any existing strategy to counter this kind of players?

Depends on the gap in power

2nd skill/stun/fury reduc/silence/high break rate/something with equal power
