Problem reciveing event charecters

So for the past 2 days not sure when it started but since my issue fyi the joint tasks event offer Ultimate rewards for completing all the tasks. As stated the past two day I have not received the rewards I completed all the tasks and got the prizes for doing such but the ultimate reward was never activated to be receive I am hoping to see this issue fixed and the Characters Distributed
anyone else having this issue?

u have to scroll down for the more tasks u have to do for the gift..maybe u havent done them...

I actually didn't even notice the scroll bar and that crazy what they expect for the characters 200$ usd or 7k in 1 top-up as a final task and over 100$ or 5k spent wow that is horrible I am an adult playing this game and I cant afford 200$ to put 8k worth of gold on here how are kids supposed to do it

gogames are greedy. all they want is money and wont fix alot of bug in the game. it's basically a big rip off game for the vip players. and the F2P people are just there. cant get any event partner unless there are god and stuff.

I agree I checked the scroll bar that was pointed out to me and like I said it would cost me 200$ literally to receive her I will be screenshoting them and making a post as a warning to anyone trying to get event characters

there is one event all the Ultimate Battle Power UBP for short that you need alot of vitality to even have a chance of event character and that only comes around only so often.

to all who view this the bottom of what is required for the event item that I missed and was outraged by

I also include a top-up pricelist incase u want to see how much that cost

yep. most people that are Free to play players have quit do to the greediness that is gogame. idk why im still on it. it's fun to play but damn. they made the game imbalanced.
