LVL 50 Formation 1-2-2?

What do you think about the 1-2-2 formation at Lvl 50 with Sado, main character, Renji, Orihime and Momo?

Current running with this type of formation.
G00d formation 4 pvp, for pve just give all Inoue's equip to Rukia.

There's a little minus of this one. You need great among of purple rei, but card event help me a lot.)

I would change Orihime to Rukia.
In pve orihime doesnt help with anything and in pvp if your oponent is using 5th skill (decrease enemy's healing...) she becomes useless.
On the other hand rukia gives fury in both pve and pvp.

good formation it is the best suitable in pvp, also i advise you to take sado out during evil spirit and ryoka and put a dmg assaulter like renji or kiba, at least ichigo during these, also if you can change inoue for rukia in Pve is the best,

when u lvl up more get retsu unohana  
this is why -1. anti last skill(for shinigami that skill is called destroy the world)
                 2. she fricken heals ALL enemies
