Is Shin Nel Tu(not upgraded form) weak?

Hi, I'm just wondering if she's good. Some people say that they're disappointed, others say that she's great. I need advice from you guys who've had experience with her. I'm a pvp oriented person and I'm lvl 83 and have 70 Nel coupons. Think I should keep going for Nel or just go for someone else?(And who)? Thanks for your cooperation.

Her upgrade is good dont expect miracles from the first form.( characters being good or bad depends on ones team and formation)
if u r not planing to upgrade her u may skip her.

ALLLL the first versions of the SWP characters to me are lacking
I think only Aizan and Kanpachi first forms are good

I advise to get Nel if your a Dodge person
If your not good at dodging then go for someone else IMO cause that's what she kicks ass at
If you get her make sure your get her upgraded form. OP if you get yah dodge stones on point

Nel is a very solid choice of a character to get while there's a wait for the Aizen and Kenpachi tokens.

While her fury isn't as strong as Rukia's, her agility will help make up for that. The 50% reduction (not sure if GoGame's "50% of base" or "50% of overall") hit rate , but either way the skill itself is quite useful. Being able to slow down opponent's fury gain by making them miss more often is always a plus. The damage rate isn't that terrible for a support either, sitting at a solid 100%. For some context, even Dark Rukia only has 10~20% higher skill damage rate on one character. Dark Rukia also gives more fury than Nel. While Dark Rukia does more base damage on a single character and gives extra fury, Nel is able to hit four opponents. That's a total of 400% damage, divided among four characters. Possibly the only other support that does that amount of damage is either Kenpachi Unohana, or Sexy Yoruichi.

Nel is quite situational. Mainly teams that don't require a stun lock or Rukia fury would be able to use Nel to her potential.
Edit: Forgot to include Aizen. Aizen does 600% damage total, or 120% per character.

i think she would be excellent if you pair her up with hollow ichigo. If you put on him some good dodge stones + his mods (15% dodge, can go over 90 %) + nel's reduce hit rate so nobody can hit your hollow ichigo which means no fury.

do you have tavern yoruichi? if not nel/dodge formation then go get tavern yoruichi.
