Hogyoku Hollow Spirit is use in lv70+ Hollow Spirit Map (similar with Soul Map)
The content of all Level Up Gift Packs are quite lousy...

I too was wondering what it does....because i used my first hogyoku hollow spirit and nothing happened as i was below 70 at that time..they should have placed the use level at 70+ instead of level 1. thanks for info
