yeah..
Whenever I do ask them they give me the same excuse or ignore me completely for a week or ...
So that means you are not even treated like a mod.
-You do not have the powers/rights to make them fix any current bugs
-You do not have the powers/rights to help anyone here with the bugs they face
-You do not even get a proper reply from the staff/dev
-You can only pass information to them based on what they need
Why are you even a moderator? You should be an Information Supervisor instead . Because you are a moderator, people expect you to be one. Since you are not allowed to do that, why even be one?
One advice for you to reduce the flames ending up on your side, in your sig add a note on
-what you are
-what you can do
-what you cannot do
simple, then no one will expect things which are in the "what you cannot do". if not then quit the job, we don't want you to just be someone who passes on messages that are of very very low priority. Let the staff deal with it as it was before ie ignoring all the raised issues. Basically you should understand that you are being used (if that is the case) to shield the staff and the dev. I don't know what happiness you get from doing so. |
