Yoour team is well balanced at your lvl, as for next recruits, if you're oing for renji chek thone in swp shop, you can make him gold partner at some point,
you need more dmg to earn more silver, renji will do u good, as for events ofc better replace your inoue with rukia n make her faster than your asaulter, u should do fine till lvl70 with those partners.
