Agents of shinigami chest

I did agents of shinigami today on facebook . I went to my backpack and opened my 14 material chest and i got a static data error and it took my fragments . I refreshed and everything and they're not in my back pack . US server 36 ingame name is Soul_Terror . Please fix

is the team aware of this bug for facebook servers ??? Moderator please pass this along to the dev team. I am sure this is an easy fix for them .

Oh here we go. Okay, first off, moderator here does not have direct contact with devs. The admin(s) might but they left forum many moons ago. Only chance of fixing is you mailing them at [email protected]. They might reply might not.
