Lack of support

I want to share my experience with the support of this game.
First of all there is NO SUPPORT. They never answer, they never fix anything.
The bug with the special war modify is there for about half a year now.
Everything is so expensive, It's a big disappointment when you have put more than 2500$ and the support is not even answering your mails,
I have never encounter such a difference between greed and support.
When we pay for the service you are obligated to respond, improve and fix bugs, that's your job, isn't it?

hmm I guess I got lucky then, I've received 2 replies from them so far...but both were exactly the same reply, so not sure if just automated response. Stopped receiving replies though after those, they just don't seem to respond even to huge problems...I mean i get ticked off about it and i'm only VIP 0 so not even like I've invested money, I have considered going VIP but the lack of support keeps making me think it's best not too...you must be really peeved, i'd be if i spent that much money and no one bothered to reply. Mayb you should HelloPeter your experience? or write on their Facebook page? does go games even have a fb page? but still, good ways to get them to respond if they are listed there

so fuck them ill play for free and watch others waste their money down drain for these cunts

Indeed, but what can we expect of Asians. In Europe and US the customer is a valuable asset, not a cow like here..
