Yes , i have buy ALL SET 36 gold + all at 50 + weapon and i have crash ( reload game ) impossible to re-go for claim my HOGU
And my equip for nanao is at 0/2
( I have use my CB for 10$ and my game have bug :/ )

Well the game is full of bugs. I never had this problem so I couldn't tell you what you may have to do, but since the game is full of bugs you may be stuck.
