How to see someone info about there character equipment and all that except for that they chat on Worldchat and you check there info i mean anytime when a person wants to see it can see it ? Is there such option available yet?

You can check your guild's member's equip in guild page, top 20 players in arena ranking list, or pm a person to click their name.
