i just started playing this game. so i need to know which hero to get and what should i do

i reckon you should go for

Start to lvl 50:Yasutora sado(van)>Orihime(healer PVP only you can skip her if you want)-Yumichika(early PVE damage dealer)-Ichigo(7 day gift depends if you get him before lvl 50 PVP and very early PVE only) Tips and advice:do regular evil spirits,ryoka and GW for silver,exp and coupons and save purple reshi for sado first you can use nemu untill you can get orihime. Zanpaktou:Wabisuke or Gegetsuburi or tobiyume if VIP player
VIP option:Top up about 2000 gold and you get free zabimaru renji and kirinji tenjiro(you have to pay for shini agent for him) both are good and can last you uptill end game.

around lvl 30:You will unlock hueco mundo attack do this and stack up on some Tokens and get renji coupons from shop he is a cheap partner to have early on and very helpfull but if you are VIP i recomend skipping him and instead saving the tokens to get grimjow from SWP later instead.You can also get Grimjow as f2p but i recomend saving for lvl 70 tavern in gold reshi instead if you are new at this game and do get grimjow but do get both him and renji as they will both be helpfull to a limit.

Lvl 50-Lvl 70:Renji(PVE damage dealer and optional choice for early PVP)-Rukia(PVE support with decent PVP applications she is a must have but get renji first imo)>Momo hinamore(PVP use only) ignore rest. Zanpaktou:Hineko or tobiyume(if VIP).

Lvl:70-80:Sajin komamura-Yoroichi shinlohin-Tits hariboobs(Go sajin if you want a vangard as shinji needs quite a bit of investment and new playrs should just skip him and you can live without kensie) i recomend yoroihci if you are going support as imo she is better use ability wise than harrible.

Lvl:80-90:Ikkaku madarame(must have for f2p and low VIP good PVE damage dealer and an end game partner in PVE)-Kisuke urehara(more or less vital for f2p PVE is a fury builder and boosts damage output of team quite a bit thats to fury regen)>Byakuya(PVE damage dealer with death mod i recommend to ignore him as you will get access to yamamoto soon but can be nice to have cause of death mod)-Tosen(PVP with some PVE usage i recomend ignore him)-Ukitake(can be a good PVE addition with higest support growth in tavern and recovery of 100 fury but for f2p who find GR hard to come by skip him)-Shunsio(is quite useless without his exclusive so for inexperienced players who will not be aiming to get his exclusive,Avoid him like the plague or your crazy ex girlfriend)

Soul Cultivation:Filling up the bars will unlock you a few rewards(the bar takes about a month or 2 to fill) among these rewards to partners The old man yama(PVP) and Ichigos baby mama(PVE) so take your pick.you can get both but you need to refill the bar again for another pick so choose what you think may be best.

Lvl:90-100:Retsu unohana(last healer in game she is kinda important in hollow map later so get her but at yoru liesiure)>Kenpachi zaraki(he is a pretty great PVE partner but due to the fact cute orihime kinda overwrites him and vice versa so i say skip him and save for the next PVE partner at lvl 110)>Baragan(Good AOE support in PVP i do not recomend new f2ps to get him but he can be fun to use)>Noitora(only get him if you didnt get sajin at lvl 70)

Lvl:100-110:Gin(An upgrade or Tits Hariboobs high rank stunner i recommend him for most f2p to get as he is a handy one to have)>Personally for f2ps specially inexperienced ones i recomend you to skip stark and soi fon.As stark needs to much investemnt and a zanpaktou to help him and soi fon is kinda outcalssed by other assaulters in tavern.

Lvl 110:Hollowed ichigo-Aizen-Ishida(all 3 are great partners and if you font have a partner filling thier roles b4 they wont let you down even H ichi:Imo Best van in tavern for f2p good damage in PVE(though i do not receomdn using him thier) IShida(The PVE partner you should get instead of zaraki) and Aizen(an upgraded yoroichi a good one to have for PVP as this level supports are a but threat)

Partners wise that is what i woudl generally recomend to you and unless you are VIP ignore all other SWP partners not stated for ideal formation:

Below lvl 50:Zanpktou:Wabisuke,Gegetsubuti
Van:sado,Assaulter:Ichigo(if you get him b4 50), support:Orihime, Note: if you unlock all partner spots go for wither nemu or yumichika for now.
