Shini yoruichi or CSB Byakuya?

Would Shini Yoruichi or CSB byakuya be the best for my formation..
Kisuke-gin (tavern) - main - sajin
have problem to choose or if i should wait for CSB Aizen?

they're both very good crew members especially for csb, it's mostly a matter of opinion. CSB Byaku is aoe decreases enemy's speed and increases his combo rate. Shini yoru hits only 2 people for much higher damage and makes herself invincible which means she can't be affected by any crowd control or fury reduction. (though i'm sure you know what their skills are, but just reiterating)
shini yoru has been very good to me, i've had her for like 5 months now and is just generally amazing with that invincibility

CSB Byakuya, his AOE, speed reduction and 100% combo rate next round are just OP in comparison.

still a Little tough decision, because both are very good, so that make it a Little harder to choose.

Csb byakuya  is better for pvp without a doubt.
shini yorouchi yeilds good results both in pvp and pvm
why do u want to choose between the 2 ? if i where u i will use both on a 131 formation untill i  get a stronger support

didn't think about that one, but i guess that could Work out too.
Just need a bunch more strength stones to fill it up, but otherwise i guess i might try it out..
