Can someone tell me how to increase orihime heal% and how does her skill work and also if possible can someone give me link to how character skills works and how to make them better thank you ^_^

For increasing heals, Pour down 'Wisdom' stones into her equipment, Heals can also Crit so inserting Crit stones would be good too.
If by character skills you are referring to your Recruited Partner's skills then each and everyone of them have been detailed in the tavern.
