with the stack she will dodge all 100 fury attack so the fight will not end only if yochiro or ES die

no if you did't die after the 100 fury you can go another 5 round and it keep going

this is old but now with the stack buff she can have more than 110% dodge rate and the one in the video is low lvl so he have i think with buff 94% dodge
its on 2015

I see.. well I never saw ES full battle.. just few rounds xD didn't know they could kill me, thought it was just 5 rounds

yea  it will be batter but she will die and yochiru kusajis the only one will stay on the fight so the team only for build up the stack buff yochiru kusajis
