What partner should I get now ?

Talking about special war partner currently now I have Shin Renji and Shin Grimmjow. So, who do you think shall I get from there now ? Nel or "the ice boy"
Please I need your help guys :3
Also, if someone is good to tell me a nice team build for Shin Grimmjow

Go for toshiro, his disarm ability will work wonders in PVP

I think nel is the way to go, Toshiro's disarm works only after they did skill, most of the time then its to late. Harribel or gin are much better options compared to him, his upgraded version however is a different story.

A lot of this actually depends on your main char's class.

I generally like to go 1-2-2, and for that u need a ghostblade or spiritblade main. In that case I first check if my opponents use 1-3-1 or 1-2-2. Then I would go kommamura, main, Shin Grimjaw, Toshiro, and Harribel if they got 1-3-1 and Yoruichi if they are using 1-2-2.

Then if your main is kido, going for 1-3-1 is indeed a good idea since you wont have problems with spiritstones, gear, etc.

Since I'm a high top-up I generally think in event partners for 1-3-1, where best team is just yama, white ichi, mugetsu, Isshin all depending on which 2 u can afford. Then kommamura and event support being shinigami urahara, Bankai rukia or swp aizen.

If not vip and wanting to go for 1-3-1 I would probably go for Kommamura, main, Grimjaw, Ikakku, toshiro/Harribel/Yoruichi

If you can get Daiguren Toshiro than he is worth it otherwise i would rock Neliel and turn her to Gazeliel.

as for the 1-3-1, depending on your level i would recommend spoonman.. a.k.a Nnoitra Gilga, with ikkaku and Kenpachi, and Neliel(urahara if ur a fury nut with a sense of damage[his dmg will be boosted a decent amount on 4th round assuming enemy doesnt deduce you back). use a  Hogyoku-kai kazeshini.

Isshin for the void skill.. i believe that skill is avoided by immunity. modify kenpachi and you can murder isshin. gold enchant stone works too.

if you are vip get shin nel if not take shin hitsugaya even shin hitsugaya needs vip1 to upgrade
