You are able to get coupons by playing the daily events such as guildwar, ryoka etc.

Daily Task, if you reach 120 points and by leveling up you can get a few coupons.
Other than that just be active and patient and make sure to spend them in the right event such as Visored Revenge.

visored revenge? Idk what that is.. I spend my coupons and gold on spirit stones.
