Hello guys can you tell me how long it takes to get 4000 challenge stone for a csb partner in average. I already have 490 challenge stones

Depends on what rank can you get and if you start on bottom. I usually rank 8th-12th and if I start from bottom I can get up to 1500 per season.
If I register normally first day with full form I get about 500-600.

I usually rank 3-5. So i have to register the 2nd day becuase i can get much challenge stone from players i can beat easily. But the risk is high players usually do this method. So you risk it and do it

Well, if you meet high players that you can't beat just don't get any points that day. They will be out of your csb the next one.
Just one thing I would like to mention, since you're one of the tops of your csb, it would be cool of you to register without form so you don't block weaker people without reason. I've been playing this shit for long and I have seen first hand how frustrating it can become.

PS: Also take in account that starting from bottom means that you will get much lower points for hollow map. Just weight out your priorities atm

I know and i read someone's forum about taking everyone out in formation to help low players in CSB which is helpful. Someone in my server did this to go down in rank and try to get easier players.

Should take about 2 months/seasons if you can win 4 rows, if you can only win 3 then look at ~3 months.

it wouldn't be much of a reward if it was easy to do.  registering low means i won't get as many hollow souls, so that's not happening.
