SWP Mod before upgrade

Hello does anyone know if moding a partner from SWP before upgrade will transfer over wen the upgrade is done?


for example my nel hasent been upgraded yet, if i mod her for her 1st star will that mod stay when the upgrade is done? "i do know that mods have a little buff after the upgrade 7%hp before upgrade then it goes to like 8% after upgrade"
