Problem on bleach online facebook

Hi,
I got Kenpachi with the event "mysterious puzzle". When i got the reward, i had in my inventory a coupon "Kenpachi" to get it. But when i clicked on, it disappeared and i can't find Kenpachi  in my formation neither in my partner box.
I'm on S6 facebook
Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

Oh my ! I thought it was Kenpachi as character !
