Got hacked..

Hey guys, i Need to write this post with my smurf,
My Main is Nakai Suzu, on Forum i am S3yler
this is my Smurf NakaiSuzuTwo..
I got hacked, cant log into my account, but he is only and writes with People.. the Support doesnt react to my mails..
what to do? I mean its like a loose of 3k Dollars..

Ask for change the password by email. You give him the mail or your pass or something? how did he hack you?

i already tried to, but always get an error message.

i already wrote 2 emails but got no answer!
i dont know how i got hacked, came home from work, wanted to Login, wasnt able to, i tryed the smurf and there i saw my main online, but not reacting, my guildleader said he wrote with him, claiming that he is the owner and that he should stfu and everything..

I really dont know because if he changed something that should be done by your email, but you say you can use your email normaly.
Only thing you could do is to wait the response of the support :S May the force be with you.

Yeah i can Login into my email account, but few days ago a Level 1 guy spammed me, that he wants to buy my account, i told him to go away and that i dont want to sell my account (would be dumb paying so much and selling it for less lol)
I hope Support is fast :/
Ill send them also the bills and everything from the game!

the hacker could have access to your email. If so he could easily change email and then just delete any email he got for confirmation.

Damn shouldnt use the Same Password, i changed it now.. anybody got hints how Long the gogames Support takes to Response?

they take a while. You're pretty much screwed I'm afraid... Just wait till they reply and hope support can fix it.
