1. Stark. AOE Attks... DMG wise will be lesser... but it deals DMG to everyone...

2. Shin Ken... Single Attk... more dmg to a single opponent

so it depends on if u need to hit a single opponent or a bunch of em...

both r good VGs...

so this will gif u a rough picture... of who is the better offensive...

coz in my opinion... there is no specifics... its all per case basis...

n wat do u wanna use it for...

a Stark dealin a 100k dmg to 5 partners = 500k dmg ?

or a SWP Ken deals a 500k dmg to a single opponent...

as an example...

shin shura for ryoka/hollow soul 1v1/pvp

starrk for hollow soul 1v1/pvp

lots of people that have shin shura have a starrk too

starrk is a staple....

use shura ken easy kill tosen 1 skill to tousen 900k

imo stark is better then first form ken... but i couldnt beat tosen 5v5 with starrk since of lack of dmg to take them out 1 lane by lane, but with shura ken i managed to beat both 1v1 and 5v5..., pvp wise i would stick to starrk, but surprisingly ken did a lil better in hollow map... i guess 5th mod starrk will turn the tables with that problem

Yeah, I realized that he is softer than Toshiro right now, due to the 10% immunity loss
Toshiro had an innate 10% AID rate and 10% dmg rate

But I'm also glad the first tier mod is only 34 tokens, compared to Toshiro's 138, haha
