We all need some truth in this matter since we see him/her having like an unblieveable amount of gold thus making us come to a conculsion that hacker,GG`s personal or rich ass kids.

and his rei lvl is at 48

That is not a hacker. Why? Hacker should raise reiatsu to MAX but it's only lv 48 so he doesnt hack. Cuz hacker can hack max silver everytime they want. What about his gears? jades? If they are all not max then it's not hacker. He prob top hella money
