Which events are worth spending on? I would like to get some great characters. Or gear or yellow reishi or some NICE stones. Advice?

In puzzle eventd and pyramid you will almost duplicate your gold. Why? You top up and you get points yo buy stones which worth almost the ammount you top up so that would be free stones.

Treassure event, cheap stuff for less than 4000 gold (hyorinmaru, 12 fury stones,etc).
"Cheap" shinso gin, sembon and lv100 sets +stuff. Save up to 30k gold and waste all in reio janken.

I see a puzzle event is that what you're talking about mate? I also want zangetsu / maybe some characters an stones

Joint task is an event where you have to top up a certain amount of gold as well as spend a certain amount of gold to get certain zanpakuto's/partners. An example is Cute Orihime, top 6k spend 5k? or something around that, lol. Basically if you spend that 5k gold on stones you're more or less getting a free partner/free stones, however you wanna look at it.

Normally joint task, treasure map, pyramid and reio unless the sides are really good.
