Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

What you can try:

  Refresh the page.

  Go back to the previous page.

it doesn't show any error the only thing it shows is black screen, I have tried clearing cache and all, but nothing seems to work.

if i use google chrome i get a blank screen, if i use firefox or standard internet explorer i get that message

I think they might be adding some new feature or trying to fix things with error related to Hueco mundo attack that many peoples having, The same thing happened to me when they added Bond feature.

So i hope we get to see new things.

Whatever the case, they never post about maintenances and such. They should at least give us advance warning so we don't angrily refresh our screens every 15 seconds.
