i dont get it was in guild wars was disconnected n when i came back it was gone couldnt do anything at all so i tried a different server n still not when i came back DA FUQ!!

Characters usually don't vanish like that, make sure you are logging into the correct server, or e-mail [email protected] if it really is gone.

Well, support staff is "offline" Friday/Sat/Sunday so they will get with you when they can. Are you saying everyone who lost connection during this event is missing their character? What happens when you log into the server?

when i log in it's a new character when i look them up whoever was in the event with me, including my own guild gone... none exiting
