What does Lv9 Hogu box give?

I know it gives a Treasure, but does it give the same lvl as your main? if so, is the stats is gives the same as Main's Lvl or the same as the Lvl of the hogu box?

It starts at the lowest rank when you get it like every other one.

It also gives you a random one. So if you get something you dont like you will have to use convert talismans to make it what you desire. + as was said it starts at the lowest lvl so you will have to use talismans to lvl it up because you cant get this pieces from tower.

+0 random lvl9 hogu.. u will need to get hogu enhance talisman to max it which is +10... its the best hogu available so far..

but its ok u can use converter and change it to any hogu u like.
focus on Agi+Wis+Str ones

Well shit, I got a lvl9 STA one and didn't think to convert it till I had already leveled it to +5... Don't think I can change it now.. I also have two AGI hogus (hogi?), lvl8 and lvl7, should I have converted them or is AGI  the best?

Depends what you lack. If you are satisfied with your dmg and you are losing to your opponents in arena/csb mainly because they attack first then go with agi ones. Also yeah.. you can convert hogu only when it is not leveled.

Basic 1950 agi/wis/str, level upgrade varies on level, just got mine and bought that 10 hogu aswell :p it gives 2500 Basic stat

Lets say, For Example: I'm currently Lv82 and i got a Lv10 Hogu Box, when i open it, will i receive a Lv80 Gold Treasure with 2500 Basic Stats? or will that be a Lv140 Treasure with 2500 Basic Stats?
Considering:
Lv30 = Quality 1
Lv50 = Quality 2
Lv70 = Quality 3
Lv80 = Quality 4
Lv90 = Quality 5
Lv100 = Quality 6
Lv110 = Quality 7
Lv120 = Quality 8
Lv130 = Quality 9
Lv140 = Quality 10
