Caches problem?

Hello good night. I am having an issue, I had to clearcaches and reload the resources in the game. Now there is some kind of error inguild and personal instance, when I try to go in the game freezes and when I comeout of full screen I get a black screen. Can you please give me some advice asto what I should do? i dont wanna have to reload caches again because it takes forever :/
