Help me decide formation

So as the title say, im currently deciding what team im going to focus on, the first one being a team that will take a while to get but will get strong partner or the other team that wont take so long and with the time I save, I can improve my partner. Im currently at 1465 challenger stones and my though prosses of the team is to cc and wipe everyone in the enemy team.
