About buying characters

Thinking to drop a couple k on this game... I see that the partner mods are going away... sucks cuz I am on a server only active almost 2 months. I want to be able to mod mugetsu/true shikai ichigo/bankai rukia etc. Idk..... Maybe being a #EternalF2P would be ideal ahaha. I already can't get that stardom though... Hmm... what to do... I want to get strong this is my first server. Any ideas besides the tavern stuff ?

Can you show me the verification?!?! Is it possible to get bankai rukia and mugetsu to full mod in a year?

no, i seriously doubt it unless you buy chances everyday and during fast mod

even then i dont think so
