the thing is you can't have over-leveled gear on under leveled characters

Isshin doesn't meet level requirements by 13 levels yet he is using them... its an exchange all glitch

it makes me under if you can duplicate things with exchange all...

if u exchange gears from lvl 120 to another char he gains all acces ... even a lvl 1 char can have lvl 120 acces

oh wait actually thats true, im not too sure if it was accessories, but it was on partners from one of my top 10 arena folks, where their partner could gain upgrades as long as their main character was at that required level, not their partner, cool yet amazingly broken xD
