Mysterious Puzzle points

Hello oh gracious and gentle GoGames tech staff, i am missing the points i topped up in the Mysterious Puzzle event, i have the 600top up piece, making it the fifth piece and when server reset, so did my allocated points from topping up in the event. I want full compensation for this in about $50 worth, or 10 epic experience scroll, 100 golden reishi, 10 lvl 10 silver cards and a lvl 7 spirit stone box. i believe that is fair. Thanks, i expect areply back from you shortly.

when you say that you encourage their staff to poorly compensate us when things don't go accordingly, just a thought.. and im not really drowning in expectations, that is more than fair considering the amount i had put into  it, the stuff im requesting can be got for silver, excluding the spirit stone i could be buying if i had my points. XD
